Conditions of Obtaining Visa for Dubai
Different types of visas for Dubai
Visitor visa: with 2 months validity for entry to the UAE and 14 days validity for residence
Visitor visa: with 2 months validity for entry to the UAE and 30 days validity for residence
3 months visa: with 3 months validity for entry to the UAE and 90 days validity for residence
1 month multi entry visa: multiple entry, with 1 month validity for residence in the UAE and 14 days validity for residence for each entry
3 month multi entry visa: multiple entry, with 3 months validity for residence in the UAE and 14 days validity for residence for each entry
Workday: days in the UAE which are not holidays (Fridays and Saturdays are holidays)
Obtaining an ordinary visa takes 7 workdays and an urgent visa takes 3 workdays.
Dubai Visa Fee: differs from …. to ….. AED as it may be a visitor or multi visa.
Documents Required for Dubai Visa
Scan of passport
(it depends on the type of visa. Photo is not required for a visitor visa). Two 6x4 colored photos with white background
Individuals under the age 23 who are not accompanied by their parents or spouse will not be issued Dubai visas. (this applies for boys under 18)
Individuals under the age 23 must submit a scan of their parent’s passport along with scans of their birth certificate’s pages. (this applies for boys under 18)
After your application, none of the Dubai visa fees would be refunded.
In some special cases like holidays of the UAE etc. obtaining visa for Dubai may take more than 7 days.
Applicants of multi visas are allowed to stay in Dubai for at most 14 days after each entry. The period of one month or 3 months of Dubai visas begins from the date of first entry.
